This place is a gem for me that I wish I could keep to myself. But I want these guys to continue to succeed and do well in this business. As it is important to get the job done right at a fair price, they also do well in being kind to the customer, direct with the problem/solution, and being responsive and prompt when contacting these guys for help (even emailed on the weekend when they are closed, they still responded the same day!). As long as you are truthful and kind to them, they will treat you with the same respect. Some background on myself: I consider myself somewhat of a "car guy" as I do my research and fix as much as I can when it comes to car maintenance/mods until I need to pass it on to a mechanic. I've done my share of an average person spending time under the engine (changing engine oil, transmission fluid, brakes, suspension, cv axle, headers, and other aftermarket mods). I've been to my share of untrustworthy mechanics and these guys do not fit that bill. They didn't ask me to write a review for them, I offered because of the positive experience I had at all 3 encounters. They may not remember me each time I went, but that's okay because it is probably due to all the customers they get and it also shows the consistent positive character of this place to anyone/everyone. So instead of writing 1 review for 1 job, below is a list of things I got done here this year. Car issues fixed with success: 1. Change transmission fluid, filter, and pan - normal maintenance item on our van after 60k - i was thinking of doing it myself, so I ended up buying the replacement pan and filter - concerned of any pan leaks I may encounter after putting on the new pan, I decided to let the pros do this job - after a couple oil changes later, no leaks have been found 2. AC Charge - originally, I bought some R-134a canisters and a simple recharge kit - since the recharge kit wasn't working, i assumed it may be a bigger issue - I had these guys do the recharge after diagnosing the AC issue and ended up returning the defective product - AC stays nice and cool through the hot summer 3. CV axle replacement - this job wasn't the easiest to do from my experience on another car - I didn't have a whole day to spend on this job, so I gave it to the pros. - it turned out after the job was complete, the transmission was leaking fluid (found puddles of oil about 1 1/2 days later) - contacted the guys over the weekend, and they responded promptly to bring it in Monday to inspect - turned out the replacement axle had a product defect that somehow passed through quality control successfully; it's one of those little things any mechanic would not have noticed until after the leaks - these guys replaced with another new axle made from another company and no leaks since at no extra charge
