Great service. Owner is honest. My dashboard computer reminded me to change brake pads, but they told me there are still 40% left and showed me photos of the brake pads. Will highly recommend this place.

These guys are very professional and efficient. Got a transmission swap on my 2007 Lexus IS250 and Brent made the entire process smooth and transparent right from the best quote to performing the actual work himself. He provided photo updates of the actual work being performed via yelp, which was very professional. I would recommend them anytime.

Highly recommended for anyone who is overcharged by their dealer for car maintenance! Bring the list of services suggested by the dealer and Ken will go through them and tell you which ones are necessary for your car specifically, and answer any questions you have. Try to drop off your car before 10 AM or after 1 PM to avoid the rush of cars being serviced. I really appreciate the initial price quote via Yelp Message, the transparent price breakdown and explanation for the services, and the chauffeur option dealerships usually provide--Ken drove me to Panera where I worked while my car was being serviced.

Just a great and trust worthy shop to go to. They've done work on my M3 multiple times already and I won't hesitate to go to them for future jobs Edit - went in again to get the DCT serviced.. and I just have to say that these guys are amazing - they went out of their way to ensure the longeitivty of the DCT while sticking to the original quote. Thank you for such honest work !!!

5 stars, and I didn't even get my car repaired here. I've been looking for 2 weeks for a Star smog station that can test a 1990 Honda. (Needs the old drum roller test. One place never responded, and the other, their drum roller machine is broken.) This place isn't that. But they very kindly pointed out that there are 2 places near them that can do it. This is good, because if one place doesn't work out, I can try the other one right there. So I very much appreciate the fact that even though they couldn't do the work I need, they directed me to not one, but two other places that could. That's cool. :-)

Brent is very quick to respond. Got the windshield of my van fixed without any hassle.

I took my 1998 Toyota Camry in for an massive oil pan leak. After further inspection they found a whole list of other issues. A car this old and I knew at some point it would need some major and costly repair. The car it's worth much anymore. But I like my car and want to keep it for as long a possible. They fix her right up and she running like new again. It was a big bill but I feel i was treaded fairly and not taken for a ride. I feel going to other auto repairs the cost would have been much higher. Thank you Performance Auto Care. You are my auto care place from now on. Performance Auto care highly recommended.
